Shipping & Delivery Policy

This page shows our shipping & delivery policy. We are a small UK-based business and prepare our granola in small batches. We always aim to dispatch orders as quickly as possible.


1. Processing Time

Orders are usually prepared and dispatched as soon as possible after being received. During busy periods, new product batches, or high demand, preparation may take a little longer. If there is any significant delay with your order, we will contact you by email so you can decide whether you would like to continue or cancel.

If your order is urgent, please contact us before or immediately after placing the order and we will do our best to prioritise it where possible.

2. Delivery Methods

We ship within the United Kingdom using trusted courier services such as Evri or Royal Mail. Available delivery options and the flat fee price are shown at checkout.

Free delivery apply to orders over 30£. Local pick-up is available, as well as local delivery if you are in a close proximity

3. Delivery Times

Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather conditions, or other circumstances outside our control.

4. Incorrect Addresses

Please ensure your delivery address is entered correctly at checkout.

We cannot be responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

5. Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date with your order number and, where possible, photos of the packaging.

We will work with the courier to investigate and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund.
