These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed through the Doki’s Kitchen website. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. About Us
Doki’s Kitchen is a UK-based small food business producing handmade granola in small batches.

2. Products
We aim to describe products as accurately as possible. However:
- As our granola is handmade, natural variations in texture and appearance may occur
- Nutritional values are based on standard ingredient data and may vary slightly between batches
- All ingredient and allergen information is provided on packaging and product pages
3. Allergens
Our products contain allergens. While we take care to avoid cross-contact, products are prepared in environments where allergens may be handled.
Customers with allergies or intolerances should review ingredient information carefully before purchasing.
4. Orders
When you place an order:
- You will receive an order confirmation email, receipt email and an email when the order is ready to be shipped.
* Orders are subject to acceptance and availability
* We reserve the right to cancel orders if a product is unavailable or if there is an error in pricing
5. Prices & Payment
All prices are shown in GBP (£).
Payment must be made at checkout via secure payment providers. We do not store card details.
6. Returns and Refunds Policy
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact.dokikitchen@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue. Once confirmed, we will offer either a replacement or a full or partial refund.
Unopened items may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of delivery at our discretion. Customers are responsible for return postage costs unless the item is faulty.
We cannot offer refunds or returns for:
- change of mind after opening
- incorrect orders placed by the customer
- opened or partially consumed products
- taste preference
If a return is required due to a fault, we will cover any reasonable return postage costs.
This policy does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
7. Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch. Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled.
8. Storage & Shelf Life
Products should be stored in a cool, dry place and resealed after opening. Please follow the best before date shown on packaging.
9. Liability
We are not liable for:
- Improper storage of products after delivery
- Allergic reactions where ingredient information was clearly provided
- Delays outside our control
Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
10. Events Outside Our Control
We are not responsible for delays or failure to fulfil orders caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier disruptions, extreme weather, supply shortages, or technical issues
11. Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, branding, recipes, and images, belongs to Doki’s Kitchen and may not be used, copied, or reproduced without permission.
12. Consumer Rights
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or other applicable UK consumer protection laws.
13. Website Use
You agree not to misuse this website or attempt to interfere with its normal operation. We reserve the right to restrict access where necessary to protect our business and customers.
14. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
15. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
