This page shows the granola allergen information. At Doki’s Kitchen we take food safety and allergen management seriously. Our granola is handmade in small batches using carefully selected ingredients. We do not compromise on ingredients, many of them are organic, yet we are not an organic wholesaler. We make sure to provide to you with the same quality of granola, as the one we eat ourselves.
1. Allergens in our products
Our current recipes may contain the following allergens:
- Cereals containing gluten (oats)
- Nuts (e.g. almonds)
- Soya
Each product page and label includes a full ingredients list with allergens highlighted in bold in accordance with UK food labelling guidance.
2. Precautionary allergen information
Our granola is prepared in a small kitchen where other allergenic ingredients may be handled, as well the ingredients’ providers declared they may contain:
- Milk
- Peanuts
- Sesame
- Mustard
- Celery
- Sulphur dioxide and sulphites
While we take care to minimise cross-contamination and maintain good food hygiene practices, traces of these allergens may be present.
