About Us

Doki's Kitchen?

Doki’s Kitchen was born out of love - for each other and for good food. The name Doki carries many stories: originally the title of our joint master’s project, where Doni’s filmmaking and Niki’s programming came together to create a culinary game inspired by iconic Bulgarian dishes. By coincidence, “Doki” also means heartbeat in Japanese - a fitting reminder of the love and energy that fuel everything we do.

Why Granola?

Today, Doki’s Kitchen is home to handmade, small-batch granola crafted by Doni. We wanted to create a healthier breakfast that combines great taste with functional, simple ingredients. What makes our granola different lays in the recipe development. We compared a wide range of granola brands, and took into account ingredient quality, nutritional values, calorie content and, most importantly taste. After that, we combined the flavours we genuinely enjoy, and carefully selected ingredients to create a balanced recipe.

Most store-bought granolas contain a lot of sugar or taste too plain. Our recipe is different. We gently bake oats, seeds, homemade popped quinoa, nuts and plant protein. That results in high fibre protein boosted granola, naturally sweetened with date syrup. It is always free from artificial flavours, additives, or refined sugar. We focused on boosting protein and fibre, and keeping the ingredient list simple, without unnecessary additives. We do not compromise the quality with cheap ingredients. The result is a granola designed to be delicious and satisfying - ideal for breakfast or as a snack, made to fit naturally into everyday routines.

Our mission is clear:

  • To offer a breakfast alternative that is both nourishing and delicious.

  • To use carefully sourced ingredients for a kinder impact on the planet.

  • To strike the balance between nutrition, flavour, and convenience.

Whether you enjoy it with yogurt, milk, or straight from the pack, Doki’s Kitchen Granola will fuel your mornings with lasting energy, real ingredients, and no compromises.

Made for us. Too good not to share.
