For this recipe, we swapped the homemade popped quinoa used in our chocolate granola for homemade popped amaranth. It creates an even lighter texture with extra crunch while naturally contributing more fibre and protein with fewer calories — proof that small ingredient changes can make a big difference.
If you’re used to intensely sweet berry granolas, this one might surprise you. Made with real freeze-dried berries and raspberry powder, it offers a more natural berry flavour — subtle, fresh, and free from added sugars or artificial ingredients.
